What is PfotenCard?
PfotenCard is software for dog schools and dog trainers from Germany. It brings together customer and dog records, course and appointment booking, subscriptions, credit management, billing and communication in one place. It also includes online courses to sell, tools for winning new customers and an app for the dog school's customers – in the school's branding, with no app store download.
What makes PfotenCard different from pure management software?
Besides appointments, credit and invoices, PfotenCard digitalises the training itself: after every session, owners receive a training report with photos or video, rated exercises with a progress line, suitable homework as well as levels, badges and certificates. So customers don't just open the app to book.
Can I sell online courses with PfotenCard?
Yes. With the course platform, you create video courses with modules and lessons and sell them via your dog school's own course page. Payment is by card or SEPA directly to you, and invoices are created automatically. You can unlock courses for existing customers automatically, for example after a level-up, and work with promo codes, discount campaigns and course bundles.
Does PfotenCard also help me win new customers?
Yes. A referral programme automatically rewards customers when they refer friends. On top of that there's a consent-based newsletter, a link page for Instagram and TikTok, Google review requests, emails from your own domain and private sessions such as initial consultations that prospects book directly via your website.
Who is PfotenCard suitable for?
For dog schools of every size: from solo trainers through teams with several trainers to large schools and associations. The range of features is adapted to your size via modules and plans.
How much does PfotenCard cost?
The Free plan is free forever (up to 25 active customers, no payment details). Paid plans start at 19 euros per month (Solo), Team costs 49 euros and Pro 99 euros; with annual billing, two months are free. Online payments incur a commission of 2 to 0.5 per cent depending on the plan, plus the Stripe fee; there are no setup fees. New dog schools test all Pro features for 14 days.
Do my customers need an app from an app store?
No. The customer app is a progressive web app and opens via a link in the browser. Anyone who wants to can add it to their home screen with one tap – including icon and push notifications.
Where is the data stored?
GDPR-compliant hosting in the EU, with encrypted data transfer. There is a data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR; all data can be exported at any time as a ZIP with JSON and CSV files.
