- With PfotenCard, the app is created automatically as soon as you set up your account. You add your logo, colours and your dog school's name, and your customers reach the app at your own subdomain, for example your-dog-school.pfotencard.de. You don't need any programming skills or technical background for this.
- No. The app runs as a progressive web app directly in the browser: tap the link, done. No download, no Apple or Google account. Anyone who uses it often can add it with one tap via “Add to Home Screen” – then it sits next to the other apps with your logo and can send push notifications. On the other hand, your app won't appear in App Store searches. It's found via your link, a QR code or your website.
- White-label means that the app appears in your dog school's branding: your logo on the home screen, your colours in the interface, your subdomain in the address bar. For your customers, it's your app, not a software provider's.
- Their current credit or card balance, upcoming appointments, bookable courses and private sessions, training reports with exercise progress, homework and training plans, chat messages, news from the dog school and – depending on the modules enabled – subscriptions, invoices, certificates, the shop, attached online courses and the referral programme's “Invite friends” page.
- With the offline module enabled, the most recently loaded data stays visible, and actions such as completing homework or billing by staff are saved and synchronised automatically the next time there's a connection. On training grounds without signal, that's the decisive difference.
- The customer app is part of PfotenCard and included in all plans. Full white-label branding with your own logo and colours is one of the features of the higher plans; the details are on the pricing page.
